Hot & Mild
Climates: Now is the perfect time of year to plant
artichokes. Getting it in the ground or in a container now allows the plant a chance to get established, build
a sturdy root mass and get ready for big healthy growth in 2012 when it warms up.
Cold Climates: Plant in large containers
and allow your plant to grow and continue developing
thick roots. When it goes dormant in late fall, place it
in storage to prevent from freezing. Then get a head
start! Plant the root ball in-ground in the
spring when the weather is warm.

but all plants are shipped by 2-3 Day Priority Mail
